Z-zymes is a liquid formulation based on vinegar stabilized in an acid medium (citric acid). Vinegar is declared as a basic substance according to the approval of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1108 of July 8, 2015, so it is not used mainly for phytosanitary purposes, but it is useful for plant health.

Z-zymes performs the following functions:
